Physical Sponsorship
CHAMPION STAGE: Our 3-day Regional Championship convention will have over 3,000 people in attendance and 5 large, high-quality dance stages. Your sponsored stage will feature your company name and logo on large signage (provided by sponsor). Stage sponsors will be acknowledged during announcements regularly throughout the competition. $1,000

AWARDS NIGHT: At the end of each competition day, a live awards night is held for thousands of attendees. Awards night sponsors will have their company name and logo on large signage (provided by sponsor). Awards night sponsors will be acknowledged during announcements regularly throughout the evening. $1,000

VENDOR VILLAGE: Our vendors will be in two high-traffic locations in the host hotel. Attendees are hungry for Irish and Irish dance specialty items that are only available online outside of competitions. The vendor villages are bustling with attendees at all hours of the day. Vendor village sponsors (2 available) will have their name and logo on the vendor village welcome signs. $500

PERPETUAL TROPHY: A rare opportunity to sponsor a trophy! Our beautiful perpetual trophies will be awarded to children for years to come. A trophy can be named after a loved one or simply as a lasting legacy for your company or family. Deadline Oct 1st to have acknowledgment in program book. $400

PROGRAM AD: Have your company advertise in our physical & program book. The program will be sent to all our attendees as well as posted on our public registration site & social media. Send in your FULL COLOR Ad (Resolution 300 dpi, JPEG or PDF) Deadline to send the advertisement is October 1st. $120 ($145 after Oct 1st)
Travel Stipend Sponsorship

Donation in any amount towards our Travel Stipends Program for our Southern Region dancers traveling to the World Championships in Glasgow, Scotland in March 2024.

Each year, the Region commits to providing twenty-four (24) $500 stipends to dancers who have qualified for the World Irish Dance Championships.
​

Your donations will be restricted funds, not available for use by the Region for any other purpose than Travel Stipends.
