Information on Vending at #NAIDC2016

Vendor fee is $1500. Vendors will be located in the Grand Ballroom, which has approximately 25,000 square feet and will be shared with the practice area for all dancers.

The Vendor Village is on the same level as all competition rooms. The fee includes electricity, four skirted tables and chairs in the area selected by the NAIDC 2016 Committee.

Host hotel is the Marriott Orlando World Center, 8701 World Center Drive, Orlando, Florida 32821. Hotel reservations opened on Nov.2, 2015.

We are grateful to the following businesses who are supporting our event and meeting the needs of our dancers. Our Vendor Village will be located in the Grand Ballroom.

Hours of operation:

  • Thursday, June 30th: 4pm – 10pm
  • Friday, July 1st – Monday, July 4th: 7am – 10pm
  • Tuesday, July 5th: 7am – 4pm
